Iron Square Foot Inc #F-14879  (Expired), El Paso, TX; Case Number B-41426
  Violation: Iron Square Foot Inc engaged  in the practice of engineering while its firm registration was not current. 
  Act/Rule Violated: 22 Tex. Admin. Code  §§137.77(d)-(e).
  Resolution: Administrative Penalty of  $854.
Correen  Corena Robertson, P.E. #106494, Ft. Worth, TX; Case Number D-40863
  Violation: Ms. Robertson was  disciplined by another jurisdiction after placing a seal on a document when the  license of the license holder named on the seal had expired or had been  suspended or revoked, failing to renew her license annually to continue to  practice engineering, and signing or affixing a seal on any document or product  when the license was inactive or had been revoked, suspended, or had expired.  The disciplinary action was on matters that  would constitute violations of the Texas Engineering Practice Act or board  rules.  Ms. Robertson did not properly  and promptly notify the Board she had been disciplined by another  jurisdiction's regulatory agency.
  Act/Rule  Violated: Tex.  Occ. Code §1001.401(c), 22 Tex. Admin Code §§137.37(a)(2), 137.5(c),  137.65(b), and 137.7(a). 
  Resolution: Formal Reprimand.
Mark A.  DeStefano, P.E. #131689, Sarasota, FL: Case Number D-41397
  Violation: Mr.  DeStefano was disciplined by another jurisdiction for failing to meet all of  the applicable professional practice requirements of federal, state and local  statutes, codes, regulations, rules, ordinances or standards in the performance  of engineering services and failing to practice engineering in a careful and  diligent manner.  The disciplinary action  was on matters that would constitute violations of the Texas Engineering  Practice Act or board rules.  
  Act/Rule  Violated: 22  Tex. Admin Code §§137.63(b)(1), 137.63(b)(6), and 137.65(b).
  Resolution: Formal Reprimand and Intermediate Engineering  Professionalism and Ethics Course.
Steven  Wayne Burns, P.E. #64473, Ft. Worth, TX; Case Number D-41709
  Violation: Mr. Burns was disciplined  by another jurisdiction after performing any engineering function which, when  measured by generally accepted engineering standards or procedures, was  reasonably likely to result in the endangerment of lives, health, safety,  property, or welfare of the public, failing to first notify involved parties of  any engineering decisions or practices that might endanger the health, safety,  property or welfare of the public, and failing to practice engineering in a  careful and diligent manner.  The  disciplinary action was on matters that would constitute violations of the  Texas Engineering Practice Act or board rules.   Mr. Burns did not properly and promptly notify the Board he had been  disciplined by another jurisdiction's regulatory agency.
  Act/Rule  Violated: 22  Tex. Admin Code §§137.5(c), 137.55(b), 137.55(c), 137.63(b)(6), and 137.65(b).
  Resolution: One Year Probated  Suspension contingent upon successful completion of the TTU Engineering Ethics  Basic Course.
Francisco  Sanchez, Arlington, TX; Case Number B-40839
  Violation: Mr.  Sanchez engaged in the practice of professional surveying without being  registered, licensed, or certified.
  Act/Rule  Violated: Tex. Occ. Code §1071.251(b).
  Resolution: Cease and  Desist Order and Administrative Penalty of $1,000.
George Enrique Lazaro, La Feria, TX; Case Number B-41039
  Violation: Mr. Lazaro  engaged in the practice of professional surveying without being registered,  licensed, or certified.
  Act/Rule  Violated: Tex. Occ. Code §1071.251(b).
  Resolution: Cease and  Desist Order and Administrative Penalty of $1,000.
